The room smelled bad, the walls were damp from water seepage, and there were dirty tobacco spit marks on them. There were lots of mosquitoes, and no cleaning or sanitization had been done in the room. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty too. It's unhygienic to stay here. Don't waste your money. You can find better hotels in Jabalpur at better rates.
I arrived at 6 AM, and there was a room available. OYO's policy says that if a room is available, you can check in after 6 AM by paying 30% extra. But the hotel boy demanded 60% more, or said I could check in after 8 AM with the 30% charge. I had no choice, so I paid the extra 60%. I never expected that from OYO.
I got there at 1:30 pm and was nearly asked to wait another hour. They cleaned the room only after that. Breakfast was supposed to be complimentary, but nobody seemed to care about providing it. The bathroom was dirty, and there really wasn't anything impressive about the place. I hope I never have to come back.
The AC was fine, but the bathroom lights didn't work and the room wasn't properly clean. There were tobacco spit marks left on the wall, and hair on the bed.
The staff were unhelpful and very rude. This is one of the worst hotels I've come across.
