OYO 41159 Hotel Royal Inn

The staff were good, and check-in and checkout were hassle-free. But the room was average for the price. It was right beside the common area, with a shared toilet just outside my door and people coming and going from it. My girl and I felt uncomfortable the whole time. I would never recommend staying here with a female partner.

I was charged an extra 330 after paying the full amount online. The AC and fan weren't working properly, and the staff acted like they were ready to fight. There were strands of hair in every corner of my room, including on the bed and blanket. The worst experience of my life. I'd strongly suggest everyone stay away.

The rest of the services were really good. But the ambience and experience were pathetic, and the staff weren't cooperative. The manager and receptionist were fighting, bedding and daily utilities weren't provided, and there was no arrangement for water, tea, breakfast or lunch. Stay here if you want to ruin your weekend fighting with the receptionist and manager.

The room was clean and fresh, the washroom was big, and there was a TV. Staff behavior was very good. On your first visit, the hotel gives you a gift. I booked through OYO for 780, but at check-in they asked for 440 rupees extra, saying there was an error in the OYO booking. Still, overall it's a good hotel, and I'd suggest going once.
