The rooms were clean and well maintained, and all the electrical appliances were working. There’s a fridge with cold water available free of charge. Both the staff and manager were kind and very cooperative.

The website photos didn’t match what I found. The room was extremely dirty and smelled foul, and the bathroom tap was broken. It was so unhygienic and dirty that staying even five minutes was impossible, so I left straight away without checking in.

If I could, I’d give this a zero out of five. The photos and offers online looked attractive, but the experience on arrival was completely different. Despite having a valid booking, they denied check-in, made excuses, or left things confusing. The offers online don’t seem genuine, proper room allocation isn’t provided, and the service was extremely poor. The staff were careless and unprofessional, and customer support offered no help or took responsibility. It felt like they were taking advantage of customers at the last moment. There was no honesty, transparency, or basic hospitality. A waste of time, money, and peace of mind. Strongly not recommended, avoid it.

The Oyo listings are fake, and the staff are very rude. They try to cover up their lies by blaming Oyo. Please, I beg you, don’t visit this hotel.
