Collection O 28238 HOTEL CLASSIC HERITAGE

The internet was perfect, the food was good, and the staff were very friendly. Standards here were impressive for this region. Our room didn’t have windows, unfortunately, though we saw some of the other rooms and they looked great. The rooms are generally good.

The hotel is in Shivalik Nagar, about 30 minutes from har ki pauri. The staff, especially the manager, gave me personal attention, and I’m grateful for the hospitality. I’d happily return and recommend it to others. The rooms were very nice too. For the hotel staff and manager, I’d give 4 stars. One point off for improvement: water bottles should be provided at check-in, and breakfast added through OYO should be unlimited. My OYO rating is 1 star. Customer care handled things terribly. They gave the wrong distance from har ki pauri, haridwar to the hotel. I called twice, was put on hold both times, then connected to another customer, and got no resolution.

There was no water or hand wash in the room, and the receptionist was very rude. I’m unhappy with the hotel’s service.

The hall was too crowded because it’s only big enough for about 100 people, but they booked it for 400. Apart from that, it was okay.
