The location is great, with ICH, vishal magamall, and the main market within walking distance. The staff respond quickly, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and large. The washroom is a little small, but that's alright.
10/10
If you're on your own, this is a good affordable place to stay, with rooms starting around INR 500. The room is a bit small, but you get privacy compared with a dormitory. Staff are friendly and easy to talk to.
8/10
The room was clean and neat, but service wasn't good. They couldn't even provide tea before 10 am.
2/10
There were too many mosquitoes, and neither the taps nor the TVs worked. They don't provide the services advertised online or accept online bookings, and the staff behaved very badly. I had a really bad experience and wouldn't stay here again. Please find somewhere else.
8/10
The staff were good, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and good. One of the best in jbp. I'll come back again.
