The Bagga Inn

They charged us for dining items that were never served. Tea in the morning arrived at 8.00 am because they had no milk, and breakfast wasn't available until after 11am. There was no shampoo or hair conditioner in the bathroom. After this experience, I wouldn't stay here. If you do, check the bill carefully.

We booked 12 rooms, but there was no assistance and barely any amenities. The rooms had no soap or comb, and there wasn't enough staff around. You had to find someone just to place an order, and tea took an hour. Breakfast timing was arranged in advance, but they brought sandwiches first, then parathas 30 minutes later, and only a few. Half of us had to wait for another batch. The food was very bad and unhygienic. The washrooms were extremely dirty, and we had to ask housekeeping to clean them again. Water was missing from some washrooms much of the time, so we had to share washrooms to bathe. The AC wasn't working, there was no proper washroom door latch, and the power kept tripping, which destroyed our iron. We'd booked the banquet room for the whole day, but half the fans were off. The service was pathetic. I'd give zero stars if I could, but had to choose one. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The price doesn't match the room or service. Whether you like the room or want to change it, they take your money and won't refund you. Nobody should get tied up with this hotel. Thanks.

I ate from Bagga Inn four times during my two days in Jabalpur, ordering through swiggy. The achari chicken tikka, chicken tikka masala, lehsuni chicken, and chicken rara were all delicious, and the prices were pretty decent. They serve only jhatka meat, which is a cherry on top. I'll come back whenever I'm in Jabalpur. Great job, guys.
