I booked two days through FabBookings for ₹3000, with the room rate at ₹1500 per day. The hotel then asked for another ₹1500, saying the price for the 31st had changed because they hadn’t updated their portal. The service and room felt worth less than ₹500. Cleanliness was very poor, and the room quality was extremely bad, like a very low-quality OYO room. Although I’d booked a deluxe room, it didn’t have basic things like a TV, drinking water, or hot water. It was a very disappointing experience, and based on my stay I strongly recommend against booking here. The five-star reviews seem to be from people who used this hotel like OYO and the internal staff, so please don’t be impressed by them.

The central location made nearby attractions and landmarks easy to explore, and the concierge helped with recommendations and arranging transport. The restaurant served delicious, nicely presented food from a varied menu, while the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. Rooms felt cozy and were well maintained, with housekeeping keeping them neat throughout the stay. Staff showed dedication to service from check-in through check-out, making for a comfortable, enjoyable visit. It’s a welcoming choice for business or leisure.

At check-in, staff said the taxes included in my Booking.com reservation applied only to Booking.com, then demanded another 12% as the hotel’s own GST. They acted as though they could make up a separate tax system for their hotel. I was really unhappy about the extra charge.

The food was good, but the rest of the stay was awful. Termites were in the bed, bathrooms weren’t properly cleaned, and there was pan masala all over the premises. Most room doors wouldn’t lock, and the balconies were a mess. They should’ve spent money on maintaining the hotel. One of my worst experiences.
