OYO Townhouse 724 Hotel Tulip

We stay here regularly, about 3-4 days every month. For a stay in the Vadodar region, this is the best hotel. I’d recommend it to customers.

Be careful booking this property through OYO Rooms. I paid OYO without staying, and the hotel says there is no such hotel in this area. OYO is not taking responsibility for the booking, and its team denied all claims, saying it is not responsible for the property.

They double-booked the property, and I didn’t get a refund either.

We had prepaid for two rooms through the OYO App for March 25th 2023, but they charged us more than 200% of the OYO price for an 8.00 am early check-in. They wouldn’t listen to OYO management. The proprietor seemed arrogant and wouldn’t even bring the extra charge down to 100% more, apparently because we’d already climbed eight floors with our luggage and couldn’t easily look for another hotel. The place is on the 7th and 8th floors of a shopping complex. The lift wasn’t working, so my aged parents had to climb all eight floors. After check-in, they put us in separate rooms, one on the 7th floor and one on the 8th. The linen hadn’t been changed until we pointed it out. I won’t stay at this property again.
