They took our advance payment, then when we arrived said the room wasn’t available and told us to get a refund. They have made the payment, and we have proof, but they should be ashamed of themselves. This resort is a terrible rip-off. I’d tell everyone not to book it, and to think ten times before doing so.😡😡😡😡

The staff weren’t good, and the service was really poor. When we ordered food, it arrived an hour later. The rooms were in very bad condition too. It was a pathetic place, and if there were a rating below one star, I’d give it that.

A very pathetic place. The service is poor, and the room was very dirty. I don’t know when they wash the bed sheets and curtains. Don’t stay here.

If you're looking for a quiet place in Vaishali Nagar, this resort is a lovely choice. The service was amazing, and it works well for a visit with family or friends. We had a nice time there.
