Capital O 353 Hotel Four Boutique

It's okay if you need a budget stay, but I wouldn't call it a happy stay. The room smelled horrible and wasn't clean, and if you're hygienic you may not want to touch anything. Housekeeping is always late, and the person at reception is a bit rude. You'll have to put up with that. Also, avoid the top floor.

The day staff were friendly, and the food was okay, but don't expect professional service or behavior. The place seems more focused on the party and pub area. Check-in was very bad, and the reception staff were rude. There was no food after 11, even though the disco/pub downstairs stayed open until midnight. They only had R.O. water, no water bottles. My room was very dirty, the toiletries had been used, the towels were torn with big holes, and the TV didn't work.

The property was decent, and the free Wi-Fi was fine, but that's about it. In over twenty years of business travel, this was the first time breakfast wasn't a spread. The only thing on offer was poha, served in the room. They had a fancy menu, but none of the non-veg items shown in the picture, or even all the veg items, were available. Boutique? I've never felt so cheated.

The food at the hotel was superb, both breakfast and lunch, and the room and facilities were excellent and suited Rajsthan culture. I had an enjoyable, worthwhile stay at Four Boutique on 3rd April 2016. The staff were caring and cooperative, and the service was the best.
