Getting around Jaipur was easy from the hotel's convenient, well-connected location. The food was another plus, with a good range of tasty options, timely service, and good hygiene from the restaurant staff. At Clarion Bella Casa in Jaipur, the rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with the amenities I needed. The hotel felt calm and relaxing. From arrival, the staff were warm, polite, and ready to help, making the stay pleasant.

Manager Mr. Upendra Nayak is professional, supportive, and dedicated. His leadership helps keep operations smooth and service excellent, making him a real asset to the team and the guest experience.

The restaurant buffet was the only decent thing about this property. I've stayed in much better four-star places in India, so give this one a wide berth. The place is run down and poorly maintained. It may once have been great, but it isn't now. My room was meant to be non-smoking, yet reeked of cigarette smoke. There was no hot water on the first night, the pillows were stained, the sheets were blood stained and threadbare, the walls grimy, and the mattress had clearly outlived its useful life by about ten years. There's also a nightclub on the roof, and you can hear it clearly even with earplugs. Do not book here.

I checked out early because the atmosphere felt hostile and aggressive, and I felt unsafe. The management team was unprofessional and showed no accountability or customer service. The whole stay was a nightmare, with unhygienic rooms, intimidating staff behavior, and management that seemed deceitful. Instead of fixing problems, they blamed guests. It felt more like a gas chamber than a hotel, where you pay to be mistreated. This is not a 4-star hotel, it's a -4 star experience. If you care about your belongings, privacy, or peace of mind, avoid it at all costs. I demand a full refund and a formal investigation, including strict action against the staff involved in the unauthorized room entry and mishandling. The stay started badly. I had to call the concierge myself to collect my luggage from the cab. Check-in was chaotic, and I had to change rooms three times because of very poor hygiene and malfunctioning air-conditioning units. The rooms were dirty and far below expected standards. Then, while I was away and had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, hotel staff entered my room and my iPhone was stolen. This serious breach of privacy and security completely destroyed my sense of safety. I reported it to the front office and asked to meet Front Office Manager Mr. Suraj, but he avoided me and went home instead of dealing with the complaint. I then asked for General Manager Mr. Rajesh Verma. He gave excuses instead of showing empathy. He said CCTV footage showed two people entering my room, but took no responsibility. When I questioned that explanation, management questioned me about how many phones I had and suggested I might have misplaced mine. That was an outrageous and insulting response to a theft. Mr. Rajesh and Mr. Suraj first denied receiving an email from Goibibo about my complaint. Minutes later, Mr. Rajesh produced a printed copy of that same email, catching them in a direct lie. It showed dishonest and unethical behavior by management. The GM said the hotel couldn't refund me because I booked through Goibibo, but agreed to give me a written statement confirming that. The next morning, Mr. Suraj refused to provide anything in writing, citing Goibibo's policy, and was rude and dismissive.
