Collection O 1199 Hotel Maharaja Residency

For what I paid, this was unacceptable, and I won't return. The room wasn't ready even though we arrived in the late afternoon. Once they showed it to me, I found stains on the sheets and a foul bathroom smell. The air conditioner didn't work, and the room was unbearably hot. There was no Wi-Fi, so I couldn't work, and housekeeping never came during my one-night stay. Breakfast was cold and not good.

Affordable, but quite average. They'd changed the bed covers, but the bedding underneath was dirty, so don't look under them. The mattress was only so-so, though manageable. Bring your own soap and loofah for washing, since they don't provide them. You can buy them at the shop next to the hotel door, but bargain.

The rooms weren't clean, the fridge didn't work, and the property clearly wasn't maintained. We also got torn sheets, smelly pull overs, and no complimentary bottled water, toiletries, or even a dental kit. There's no seriousness about guest service. This felt like a slightly better lodge than a hotel, and nowhere near a Treebo Level hotel. Calling it a 3 Star place is hard to understand. Totally unacceptable Treebo hotel.

It’s a very nice hotel with excellent service. Sher Singh, one of the room boys, works really hard and is honest.
