Collection O 12421 Hotel GT View

They take Oyo bookings, but when people arrive they say every room is sold out and don't give them a room. They also take offline bookings at extra charges. Very bad service, never book here.

The latest booking went wrong because of a low tariff issue. I couldn't stay here, and after a horrible experience I don't plan to come back. I called almost 10 Oyo agents; only two helped properly, while the rest disconnected before hearing me out. The property manager denied my check-in because of the low tariff. He was polite and professional, but I still didn't get to stay. Before that, I couldn't book because no rooms were available. I had wanted to stay on my next visit to Jaipur. In my first review, I said I'd stayed here five times without a single issue. The staff had been helpful and accommodating. There was one low tariff problem, but it was resolved. It's a lovely place, near WTP, GT, and Jawahar circle, and I'd recommended it to first-time visitors to Jaipur.

I had a terrible stay. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures online, from the reception to the poor quality rooms. Hygiene was bad, there were no proper food facilities, and though the site offered twin beds, they didn't have a single room with them. There was no electricity backup either. In the 42-degree heat, I was left with seven pieces of luggage outside the hotel door while my father booked a room. Nobody came to collect them. I'd give it a negative rating if I could.

The balcony view at night is amazing, with all the lights. Rooms are huge, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are polite and provide good service. It's a good choice for couples or families. The hotel is just behind wtp in what is definitely a very safe area. There are lots of cafes nearby and street food places open until around 12.
