The beds had bedbugs, the bathroom exhausts were broken, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. The food was awful, mosquitoes kept you company in the room, and the ACs seemed to be on ventilator. There were spots on the walls, and staff weren’t cooperative. My booking showed checkout at 12 pm, yet they started calling at 9 am and charged me an extra 500 for just 40 minutes. I wouldn’t suggest this place for families or married couples. It seems to fit the image many of us have of OYOs, with unmarried couples preyed on by being offered four walls and some privacy. Don’t book here.

The woman at reception was very sweet and helpful, and she’s the only reason I’m giving five stars. The other receptionist didn’t understand what was going on. We’d met some old friends, girls, at the club the previous night, and they needed a washroom because the common one wasn’t clean. I offered to let them use mine, but staff didn’t understand the situation. I get that visitors may generally not be allowed, but I’d like them to show a little flexibility in cases like this.

We felt connected from the morning, since the receptionist called to ask about our check-in time in Jaipur. The room was clean, and water and other room services were handled quickly. It was a good stay.

The inside of the hotel is very nice.
