Collection O 135 Hotel Broadway

The rooms and washroom were clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the AC worked properly. But room service was a major problem. The room service boy was very rude and arrogant, and the receptionists were rude too and didn’t seem to care about check-in. I stayed three nights with my family and didn’t have a good experience. 3/10, I don’t recommend it.

It’s a budget hotel with an okay level of service. The front of the property looks good, but the back is shabby, and there aren’t any good restaurants within 1-2 km. It’s in Transport Nagar, Jaipur. The rooftop swimming pool was just okay and didn’t look well-maintained.

My overnight stay was good otherwise, and the hotel has decent facilities. The service, though, was slow, there was no running hot water, and breakfast choices were very limited. The room walls were made of thin wooden boxed ply.

The area around the hotel isn’t very appealing, though the highway is easy to reach. The facilities are pretty good, the rooms are well serviced, and the buffet breakfast was especially nice. It could suit a bachelor, couples, or a family.
