For a long trip, ask the hotel owner directly about the price, because the app isn't reliable for booking a place to stay. After you book and pay the convenience fee, the hotel owners may charge twice as much and tell you to pay it. Customer service was terrible too, they just wanted to hang up my call. Don't trust this application. Please delete it.

The bathrooms weren't cleaned properly, with dirty taps and a dirty mirror. The bedroom walls were dirty too. Breakfast was very limited, just two options, and the portions were small. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, and the staff behaved well. My experience was nice overall.

We had a very bad stay in Jaipur. I'd booked Hotel Heritage Heights for the first night, and it was much better than this place. After four days in Jaipur, we decided to move to a good hotel. The reviews for this hotel looked good, but we didn't realise at first that most seemed to be from the hotel manager. I'd booked three nights through the OYO app, and when we arrived, staff refused check-in, saying the room cost more than what I'd paid. They eventually let us in after we spoke with OYO customer service, but other customers had the same issue, so there was clearly a problem with the staff. The room we were given was very small, had no amenities, and felt suffocating. The bedsheets were dirty, with hair on the sheet and pillow. They refused to give us another room right away and said they'd provide a better one the next day. The replacement room was dirty too. The hotel is far from tourist places, has rude staff, asks for extra money, and isn't couple friendly. There were many couples checking in and out, and it seemed clearly set up for couples paying the price the staff quote. It's also dirty, the rooms are small, and there are zero amenities. This was my biggest mistake. It shouldn't be on OYO. Please don't book it.

Several things didn't work during our stay. The lift was unreliable, no one helped with luggage even though our rooms were on the 4th floor, and the geyser didn't work in some rooms. There was also a power cut at night. The sheets weren't clean, and they didn't provide fresh towels or other basics. I'd booked two rooms for two days with early check-in and paid in advance, but the receptionist refused to allot them, even after two rooms checked out in front of me. I was there with my family early in the morning, and he was rude and asked for double the money. I had to fight to get the rooms. They gave us only one room for early check-in, but charged us for two. The rooms themselves were good, but they'd deny bookings, even when the booking showed in their own portal, to get more money. They asked for double what we'd booked at arrival. Please don't book Hotel Chawla, especially if you're travelling with family.
