Even though I spoke politely, the receptionist was extremely rude during the confirmation check. Their tone was superior and demanding, and they abruptly ended the call. They also sent unnecessary WhatsApp messages saying they should be respected because they work in the service industry, while showing no respect to the guest. They made unsolicited suggestions and rudely insisted I confirm whether checkout would be early or late, saying other guests needed rooms and delays caused inconvenience. I strongly condemn this attitude.

Cockroaches all over the room, and it hadn't been cleaned properly. The TV didn't work either. Better to spend more and find somewhere else.

We booked an OYO supertown house in jagatpura, but OYO and the hotel switched us to this random hotel without telling us beforehand. The staff were rude, and there weren't even basic supplies. They didn't provide water or a dental kit, even when we asked. The bathroom flooded with water while I was bathing because of poor drainage management. When we complained, staff told us to take off the drain lid and clear the water ourselves. Very poor cleanliness and service. Be careful when booking through OYO.

Our Baraat guests stayed here two days ago, and the service was poor, with staff who wouldn't cooperate. There wasn't enough water for bathing, and several exhaust fans and room geezers weren't working. The mattresses were poor quality, and room service was bad too. A very bad experience.
