It was a really bad experience. The receptionist, Ramo, kept your money and never returned it, saying, “I’ll give it today, I’ll give it tomorrow.”

The service is very average, with staff often reluctant to help, and booking can only be made through OYO. Still, it’s a decent budget place: the rooms are clean and pretty decent. The complimentary breakfast is limited, with only a few varieties.

Room service was okay, but the Wi-Fi and TV didn’t work. I told reception many times, but they couldn’t help. The food was very costly, and the quality wasn’t as good as you’d expect for the price.

The food was awful and the place had no atmosphere. The man at reception was rude and unprofessional, and the whole place felt shady. I disliked staying there so much that I switched hotels the next day, even though I still had a couple of days left in Jaipur. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It felt like they were just trying to take your money.

Durgapura has a lot of options, so I'd avoid this hotel. The reception staff were unpleasant from the moment I arrived and didn't seem to know how to speak to customers or handle them properly. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in Jaipur.
