We had a spacious, clean, modern room, and breakfast was good. Payal, who looked after the breakfast area, was attentive and made sure everything was ready and guests were comfortable. Other parts of the service were disappointing. We asked for a fresh bedsheet, but the same one was used both days. Toiletries and a dental kit weren’t supplied unless we asked, which seemed surprising given the price. We’d booked one room for three adults and paid extra for the third person. At first, staff offered a mattress instead of a proper extra bed and said they had no bed available. When we turned down the mattress, they somehow brought a bed after all. That left us questioning how they handled the request.
