The cozy room and warm welcome made me feel at home, even though I was away from home.

Nobody helped us in the middle of the night. The property isn't where Google Maps says it is, and we felt like part of a scam. It seems OYO's cluster manager listed a fraudulent property to meet a target. When we asked for a refund of the extra amount we'd paid, they demanded proper documentation. We didn't want compensation if the property had been located correctly. I'd give a negative rating if I could.

The collection hotel doesn't even exist. Why is it marked on the map? It was a waste of time.
