Fabhotel Elite Park Inn

I booked an "Executive Room," then learned at reception that the room categories shown online don't actually exist and all the rooms are supposedly identical. The receptionist admitted the online listings show different categories anyway. That misleading setup was disappointing. I checked three rooms, and every one had dirty bedding, an unpleasant smell, and other problems. Staff offered a refund. Eventually the owner stepped in to have the room cleaned and bedding changed, but getting to that point was unnecessarily stressful, especially with such poor cleanliness at first.

The staff were friendly and cooperative, with great service and tasty food. I had a great hospitality experience here, and it's a lovely choice for family functions.

That aloo paratha was so good! Everything else was great too, from the food and staff to the manager, owner, and hospitality. Thank you, jeetu bhaiya and everyone at ELITE INN for making my day so memorable.

The food was pretty good, and the staff were nice and cooperative.
