The washroom was dirty and smelled strongly, so basic cleanliness was missing. The room itself felt exposed and uncomfortable, with odd gaps above the cupboard and around the washroom light enclosure. It seemed built from thin wooden partitions, and noises kept coming through all night. We could hear movement close by, as if people were walking or shifting things. The photos make this look like a proper hotel, but it was really a single-floor setup. We stayed only because we needed a short rest before setting off at sunrise. Otherwise, we would've left. We drove from Delhi and arrived late at night, after confirming with FabHotels customer care that late check-in was fine. We chose this place because it advertised 24x7 reception. The person at reception was asleep on the floor. Once awake, he rudely told us there were no rooms, even though we had a confirmed booking. It felt as though we were being blamed for arriving late, despite checking in advance. After a long highway drive, that treatment was unacceptable. Another staff member later handled things more calmly and professionally, but the first impression had already shaken our confidence in the place. There was also avoidable confusion over the booking. When we had called customer care to check about late arrival, the representative sent QR codes and encouraged us to pay directly instead of keeping the original booking. That led to a double booking situation that proper guidance could have prevented.

After checking in to the hotel I'd booked online, I found a badly maintained, unclean room and bathroom. The room felt suffocating, and the bathroom was in awful condition. Room service was poor, and the staff weren't cooperative. I'm not satisfied with this hotel.

Noise ruined the night, with people laughing, playing music and making a ruckus in the hallway around 2 AM. I complained, but the staff didn't seem to care. The hotel felt out of control and unconcerned about guests' comfort. I had booked a "classic room" online, based on the photos and description, but was given a much smaller, dingy room that looked nothing like them. The manager dismissed my complaint, saying I was stuck with it because I'd booked online, and told me there was no cancellation policy. I reluctantly paid an extra ₹500 to upgrade to a decent room, but that didn't fix the stay. The manager was rude and unhelpful from the start. I regret spending my money here. The hotel doesn't live up to its promises, and management clearly doesn't prioritize customer service. I strongly advise against booking if you want a peaceful, pleasant stay.

Dirty room and linen, plus loud music and noise all night. I could hear girls screaming and making out. It was a pathetic, uncomfortable stay at a very shady hotel. I wouldn't recommend it to single women or decent families, and the guests checking in seemed shady.
