FabHotel Royal CM Bani Park

The reality of the rooms was completely different from the pictures, and the rooms, food, and service were all extremely poor. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned, the rooms smelled horrible, and they even charged for slippers. It spoiled our whole experience.

The complimentary food was excellent, truly 10/10, and every staff member was welcoming and pleasant. My stay was good overall, especially thanks to Mr. Sanjay, who deserves five stars on his own. The rooms still weren't up to standard: the shower in my first room was broken, so I moved, and the AC in the second room didn't work properly either.

Breakfast was fresh and healthy, with a different menu each day, and the staff were courteous, professional, and helpful. I've been at Hotel The Royal CM for five days and it's been pleasant, with no issues so far. It's easy to get around since the hotel is just steps from the main road. I'm in Room 205 and would recommend it for a comfortable stay.

The premium room was big, had a bathtub, and was good value. It's a quiet place to relax, and the tourist spots are nearby with cabs easy to get. Don't miss the nearby night walk and juice corner. Everyone on staff was helpful and polite, especially Sobhit sir in the restaurant, whose aloo jeera and Paratha were amazing. The food was tasty, but there are limited vegetarian options in the in-house restaurant. We don't eat paneer, beans, or mushrooms, and outside food isn't allowed, so we had to plan dinner outside. The vegetarian options also cost a bit more than market prices. Still, it was an amazing stay. Thanks.
