Getting up the stairs with three heavy bags was frustrating because the lift wasn't working. The room was dirty, and the bedsheet and comforter had several stains. The bathroom was unclean and had no floor mat, while the telephone and room fittings were in poor condition. Hygiene and maintenance overall were extremely poor. I can't recommend FabHotel Sanjay Palace, Jaipur until its cleanliness and basic facilities improve.

Really poor service from the staff. The rooms were untidy and smelled bad, and the toilet wouldn't flush.

Apart from the location, everything was bad. The AC didn't work properly, the bathroom was dirty and had water pooling on the floor, and nothing got fixed when we complained. They even refused to give me a bill at checkout. This was the worst hotel experience.

The rooms weren't clean, the staff were bad, and there was no power backup. I had a lot of problems at this hotel.
