I stayed here with my family for 3 days, and it was one of my worst hotel experiences. The service boys were the one good part, well mannered and courteous. The hotel itself is very old and poorly maintained. We had problems with the toilets and getting hot water for morning showers. Reception was the biggest issue: they often didn’t answer calls from the room, and when they did, service took a long time. They also didn’t listen properly to instructions or know how to speak to customers. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with family in Jaipur.

Our three day package stay, booked through a private tour company, was unpleasant. Breakfast and dinner had the same small selection every day, and the food was very average. Even with the “unlimited food” option, portions and serving times were restricted. Reception staff were arrogant and repeatedly tried to demand extra money. Poor service and uninspiring meals made this bad value for money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable or fair stay.

I planned four days in Jaipur, but left after just two. The location is perfect, but service inside the hotel was pathetic. Staff didn’t know how to treat corporate clients, and were rude. The bedsheets were old, the blankets smelled, and the towel was rough. This was my first and last stay here.

A hygienic hotel with good rooms and food. The staff were good too. I stayed for two days and would recommend it for a family stay.

Our first day in Rajasthan was a real disappointment. The rooms weren’t clean or tidy, and room service was late. They didn’t provide basic amenities, and even charged us for mineral water. Very unhappy with the hotel and staff.
