FabHotel Tipsyy Inn Suites

We still weren't allowed to check in by 4:00pm, and guests were waiting in the lobby into the evening. The staff and management were completely unprofessional. The rooms were untidy and didn't look like the pictures. A very poor experience.

The washroom smelled, and its door was jammed. Staff were rude and arrogant, and the room service was pathetic. We were also misled about breakfast: they kept saying it would arrive in five minutes from 9 am, but we didn't get it until 11 am. Bottled water was charged above MRP. The room wasn't the one we'd booked. Our double bed deluxe room was cramped, with badly arranged furniture. The bed seemed to be two single mattresses joined with a blanket stuffed between them. Pathetic hotel experience.

The manager was awful. Even though we'd already agreed on an early check-in charge, they asked for more when I arrived. The receptionist also didn't know how to speak to customers. No proper service was provided. The AC in the AC room didn't work, and the fans seemed to do nothing at all. One of the worst hotels I've visited.

We want a full refund. The manager, Aakansha Chaudhary, was rude, irresponsible, and unprofessional, and wouldn't listen or try to resolve anything. There was no cooperation or accountability, and reception was careless and unresponsive. Our rooms were never cleaned during the stay, the bathrooms were extremely dirty, and the toilet door wouldn't lock, which raised a serious privacy and safety concern. The food was very poor, and the utensils were broken, dirty, and not properly cleaned. This was one of my worst hotel experiences. The hotel falls below even basic hospitality standards and doesn't deserve its rating. I strongly don't recommend it.
