Virasat Mahal Heritage Hotel

The hotel staff were marvelous at their jobs, and the food was clean. My room had a mini fridge, electric kettle, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The room and bathroom floors were marble, and the bathroom was bright and clean. I didn’t see any bugs or pests around the hotel. What stood out most was the hand-painted Jaipur folk art in the rooms. It wasn’t wallpaper or a printed sheet design. Each brushstroke showed the artist’s skill and had a delightful touch, with an eccentric resonance. The staff were polite and cooperative while keeping a formal, respectful manner with guests. They sometimes accept special requests too. People who say this hotel is bad don’t know about it. Regards: Prem Prakash (General Manager) {A nice person, and also polite. The staff were helpful, polite, and gave great service. The rooms are spacious, well organized, and very clean, and the hotel is well maintained. We enjoyed the food, especially the delicious tea.

The sightseeing spots are close by, with Hawa.mahal, jantar mantar, jalmahal, and palace just 1.5 km away. I was looking for a good primium hotel around pinky city, and this was the right choice. The room was clean and nice, and the ambience was superb. They serve evg food only, and it was 100 percent superb. Staff were courteous and well behaved, especially vikky and sham, who were too good. Sharukh and ajay at reception were at their best.

The food was very good, and the hotel is near Hawa mahal, so it’s easy to get around. But I booked two rooms, and both smelled bad. Room 209 was smelly, and after I asked, they offered room 309, which was also smelly. They didn’t help us sort it out, so we had to manage somehow. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to families or anyone sensitive to bad odors.
