The staff treated guests rudely and unprofessionally, like gundas, which was unacceptable for the high price. We weren't offered any complimentary food or drinks, not even tea. The rooms were below average and lacked basics like towels and toothpaste. Bathrooms stayed flooded, the water supply was inconsistent, ventilation was poor, cleanliness only average, and room service disappointing. The pool was advertised but unusable when we arrived because it was under maintenance, and the poolside had inadequate lighting. The advertisements were highly misleading. This was a very disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone.

The service was awful, and the staff didn't know how to treat clients. When we refused to pay an extra food charge, they even tried to fight us. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially for anyone booking the banquet.

Such a pathetic experience and a waste of money for the price. The service was frustrating and poor, and the whole place was dark and smelled bad. The pool was closed, there were no buckets or mugs, the phone didn't work, and weekend rates were higher. I could've spent that money on a much better hotel. I didn't eat there after all that. Since it's on the highway, the noise kept me awake all night. After seeing other positive reviews, which I think are absolutely fake, I'm adding this: to me it's a one-star hotel. Choose highway king instead, you'll love the experience and vibe there.
