Golden Tulip

The breakfast was a highlight, and the staff were consistently polite and cooperative. When I reported that the first room had an air conditioning issue and mosquitoes, they acted quickly and moved me to another room. That response was appreciated, though room checks before arrival need to be better. Room service was painfully slow. Requests could take hours, which was inconvenient. Parking was another concern: there’s no dedicated lot, and staff park cars along the roadside. The slip or sticker apparently doesn’t make the hotel responsible for the vehicle, so I’m not sure how this counts as a proper facility. I stayed at Golden Tulip Essential Jaipur for two days. The courtesy and food were good, but the room readiness, response times, and parking setup need work.

Getting to and from the airport and railway station was easy, and the location made it convenient to explore nearby. I stayed five days, and found the rooms comfortable and well-equipped, with the hotel kept clean throughout. The dining had a good range of tasty choices, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. The Reception Team and Housekeeping were especially friendly. Pooja, Mamta, Ishwar, Vaibhav, Nagma, and the rest of the staff were supportive, polite, and ready to help. I’d recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

Ambika Mam kindly arranged an anniversary cake, and her warm, professional manner made the occasion feel special. My family had a wonderful time at Golden Tulip Jaipur. The buffet was excellent, the rooms were spotless, and everyone on staff was courteous and helpful. A lovely choice for a family stay ☺️

The restaurant had a relaxing feel, and housekeeping responded quickly whenever we needed something. Thanks to Mr. Raghuveer, Ranveer, Kuldeep, and Chef Dharampal for the warm welcome and service. We found the room clean, fresh, and organized. Hot water was always available, and in the cold weather the air conditioner gave us comfortable warm air. Valet parking was convenient too. On arrival, we were offered a soft drink, and check-in was quick and smooth. Staff remained courteous and professional throughout. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.
