Rutuvan Resort Girivan

Rutuvan Resort was a calm, refreshing place for a weekend away, surrounded by greenery. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were polite, helpful, and quick to handle requests, and the fresh, tasty food arrived on time. The pool and outdoor spaces were kept in very good condition too. Good value for money, and I’d recommend it for families, couples, or anyone after a peaceful break.

The New Year’s Eve celebration had cake, crackers, music, and mic service, and it was lively and memorable. The food was delicious and good quality, though a little more quantity to suit guests’ appetites would be welcome. A few more kids’ activities, such as jhule (swings), could also make it better for families. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the property was peaceful and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, polite, and excellent at service. Special thanks to Vijay Khaire and his team for their hospitality. We had a wonderful New Year’s Eve and New Year at Rutuvan Resort, and I’d recommend it to friends and anyone reading this. Great job, team. I’ll definitely visit again soon.

The rooms were in a really poor state, and the food arrangements made the trip stressful. We paid 2100 for unlimited high tea, dinner, breakfast, and lunch, but the menu was limited despite the agreement to serve unlimited food. The cook was helpful and prepared some good dishes. The pool at the property wasn’t working when we arrived. We accepted being sent to a pool in the opposite bungalow, but that didn’t make up for the rest of the experience. A complete horror of a booking. Really not done.

Great for a family vacation. The surroundings are very good, the rooms and premises are well maintained, and the food is tasty. Hospitality was high quality too.
