The rooms should be bigger, and the pickup and drop service needs to be more honest. In my case, the hotel blamed traffic for not picking me up, though they did guide me by phone on how to get there. The stay was reasonably comfortable, the staff were courteous, and the amenities were satisfying. Complimentary breakfast should be offered as a genuine gesture to win over guests, not just used as a marketing strategy. The restaurant should consider introducing it.

The people at the counter were cooperative throughout, but there were several problems: the rooms weren't managed properly, room service was very bad, and the geyser didn't work. The tea was the worst I've ever had.

The service was average, but the food was nice and the room was clean. Staying here felt nice.

The AC remote and the TV remote both weren't working properly. Otherwise, this is one of the best hotels I've found on red bus.
