OYO Flagship 81649 Hotel Indigo Palace

I’ve never seen a hotel this dirty in my 20 years of professional and business travel all over India. I checked in this morning, but by evening I had moved to another hotel and paid the full charge here. There was no soap, no mosquito all out, a dirty smell, and spit everywhere inside. The hotel was in extremely poor condition, worse than a railway platform. The owner and staff were notorious. This place doesn’t deserve even a single rating.

The staff were pleasant, and the rooms were clean. The toilets weren’t as clean as I expected, though. Everything else was okay for the price. It’s in a prime spot, and you can get there easily by taking an auto from Polytechnic to Kathauta Chauraha.

I found the property unhygienic and feel OYO and the hotel are running a scam. The washrooms weren’t clean, the bedrooms didn’t feel clean, and the sheets and bed covers smelled bad, as if they weren’t changed. They also don’t even let guests into the room. I hope you don’t book this property.

Everything else was okay, but the person at reception was so rude. I was with my friend, and he didn’t like the way the receptionist behaved either. You can go stay and experience it for yourself ❤️👍
