Hotel 28 keys

We reserved four rooms through Oyo, but on arrival we were asked to pay an unexpected extra fee. We agreed to that, only to then be told we had to purchase another separate room as well. The rates may look economical, but the experience left us feeling the booking process was deceptive. I strongly advise against spending your time, money, and peace of mind trying to get accommodation here.

We booked online, but the manager said he hadn’t received the payment. They kept our money and didn’t give us the booking, and the manager treated us very badly. The staff were awful, and this was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. I’d tell anyone considering a reservation to stay away. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give.

The room had a big rat and lots of cockroaches, and the washrooms were dirty. Hygiene was lacking throughout. For such pathetic service, the charges were far too high. A very bad experience.

We’ve had pleasant stays at this hotel. It’s central in jaipur and handy for shopping, with a good ambience at a reasonable price. The food was nice, though expensive, and there are great food outlets.
