We were there for three days, and the cozy, warm, welcoming atmosphere made us feel at ease. The service, cleanliness, and food were all very appreciable every day, and the staff were humble and helpful. I’d give them more than five stars if I could.

The service was smooth and on time, from ordering through to the meal. Staff were polite, professional, and cooperative, and paid attention to comfort. The food was fresh and full of flavor, with a nice balance of spices and lovely presentation. It’s a great place to eat with family or friends, and I recommend it.

Hotel Amar Palace Jaipur was a decent value for money. It’s conveniently located for getting around and sightseeing in Jaipur. The staff were polite and helpful, check-in was smooth, and the clean, well-maintained room made for a comfortable, satisfactory stay.

The palace’s paintings, decor, and grand structure made a striking impression. Amar Palace on Ajmer Road, Jaipur, gave us an unforgettable visit, with spacious, elegant rooms and warm hospitality from the moment we arrived. Staff were attentive, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile, with excellent service and care for details. We enjoyed it so much and highly recommend it to anyone after a luxurious stay in Jaipur. It deserves the 5 stars we gave it. Thank you, Amar Palace!

I had arranged a gathering for some well-known guests and placed the food order in advance. The restaurant staff didn’t serve the food, then behaved badly toward my guests and demanded payment upfront despite the prior arrangement. It embarrassed and upset them, and they rightly felt insulted. I’m completely disappointed. The staff showed none of the basic courtesy or professionalism a hospitality business should have. I strongly advise against holding an event or personal celebration here.
