The overcharge was reported to customer care right away, and they resolved it efficiently. Thanks for that. They did provide a complimentary water bottle, but it was unsealed. Slippers for the washroom were missing. Soap, mini toothpaste, and towels would make the experience better.

The blankets were filthy, and people were smoking outside the room. There was no water bottle, towel, or geyser, and the washroom latch was missing. The room condition and staff behavior were pathetic. A guy casually cancelled the online booking, apparently to avoid paying the commission, which left no way to raise a customer support case. Please avoid this place. It was so bad that even writing this review took effort, but it was worth it.

Good staff, good location, and the rooms are the best.
