Hotel Bliss by Treebo

I expected an average hotel at first, but the room turned out to be really clean. There’s a car park in front and a lift, and even during peak season they gave us a discount.

When I asked for a little milk for my two-year-old, the staff member wouldn’t give it to me, even though it was the same milk they were using for coffee. I asked to speak with the manager, but he was rude and unhelpful. He just told me to order it through room service and pay extra. It’s hard to understand refusing such a simple request for a baby when the milk was already there. Both the staff member and manager came across as disrespectful and uncaring. This ruined our stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children. They showed very little understanding of hospitality.

I stayed at Treebo Hotel Bliss, Jaipur from 19th July to 20th July. The room service staff were polite and prompt, and I appreciate how helpful they were. The morning and evening shift managers, though, were unprofessional and not cooperative. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and improves front desk managers' attitude and training. How management treats guests has a big effect on the whole stay.

I was in Jaipur on business for three days, and the breakfast was the standout. It was unbelievably tasty, good quality, and had a great spread. I’d come back for the food alone. The room, people, location, and service were all pretty good too. I’m fully satisfied, the value for money was good, and I’d recommend the hotel.
