The geyser sparked when switched on, which raised a serious safety concern. The room was far below acceptable hygiene standards, and the bathroom looked like a public facility with no sign of proper cleaning. This was an extremely poor stay and completely unsuitable for business. The property doesn't meet basic quality or safety expectations, and I'd strongly advise avoiding it.
OYO eventually resolved my issue and refunded me after I complained and followed up with support. I appreciate that they took responsibility and closed the matter properly. At first, though, it was stressful and disappointing: I'd prepaid through the OYO app for OYO Flagship Hotel Grand Decor, but the hotel said it hadn't received the payment and asked me to pay again. OYO needs better coordination with partner hotels so customers don't run into this. I'm satisfied it was addressed, though the process could have been smoother.
Sounds, shadows, and other disturbances at night made the stay really uncomfortable. There seemed to be unexplained, possibly paranormal activity. Has anyone else experienced anything like this, or can the hotel explain what might be happening?
The room was in poor shape and dirty. Service was awful. A really bad experience.
The owner was rude and kept shouting. He told OYO support that the AC had been fixed, but it still wasn't working, even after I complained several times. Poor room and very poor service from the staff. A bad stay.
