Mr. Ojas, the bartender, made our visit memorable with his professionalism, friendly manner, and excellent drink recommendations. He clearly cared about guest satisfaction. Mr. Chandra, the Restaurant Manager, also deserves recognition for his warm hospitality and strong leadership. He made sure our dining experience went smoothly and that we felt valued. The whole team at ITC Rajputana maintains high service standards. I had a wonderful experience, with great attention to detail and hospitality, and look forward to returning. At ITC Rajputana, the well-kept rooms and excellent food added to a comfortable stay, and the staff were professional, courteous and always ready to help. There was an impressive range of delicious food, and the buffet was well organized. The hotel's location also made getting around and exploring the city easy. I was there for a family wedding last month, and the hotel's lobby made an immediate impression with its high ceilings, Rajasthani jharokha, and signature ITC fragrance. It felt royal without being stuffy. We were on the 3rd floor in a city-view room, with a huge bed that was one of the most comfortable I've slept on in Jaipur. Housekeeping left a handwritten note and local chocolates on day two, and the shower had strong water pressure. They also kept refilling the Kaya Kalp toiletries without being asked. Sheesh Mahal restaurant was a highlight. I had laal maas and bajra roti, both spicy and authentic, and the staff explained the story behind each dish. The service was attentive without hovering. Our server, Mohan, remembered that my dad doesn't like onions and made sure every order was adjusted. The pool gets busy by 11 am, but it's peaceful early in the morning. Checkout parking took 7-8 mins because of the wedding crowd. It was worth every rupee, and the location is ideal for business or sightseeing.
