The room hadn't been cleaned before I arrived. It was filthy, unhygienic, and poorly maintained, and neither the fan nor AC worked, which made the stay unbearable. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and showed no sense of hospitality. Booking here was a complete waste of money. There are better places nearby for the same price, so don't ruin your trip by staying here.
The place is near the bus stand, and it felt like they were taking advantage of customers. The reception was rude and completely unprofessional, and Oyo is also responsible for listing a hotel this dirty. Corridors and rooms were in terrible condition, with cramped rooms, broken furniture, filthy beds, and dirty quilts that could cause allergies or other sickness. Electrical fittings were loose and in very bad shape, and the intercom didn't work. There was no cleanliness, clean bedding, or other facilities. This is a nightmare, more like a dirty sarai than a hotel. Avoid it and look elsewhere.
We booked a room, but first they said we couldn't use booking. com, then told us they wouldn't give a room to foreigners. It felt very racist, like they only accept selected people. We had to find somewhere else late at night.
The rooms were dirty, there was no water, and we found bed bugs. The staff were arrogant too.
