OYO 10191 Hotel Vinayak INN

My booking was automatically cancelled three times before check-in, and the service was poor. The hotel staff didn’t seem interested in making us comfortable. There was no geyser, the food was tasteless and very expensive, and the bedsheets weren’t washed. The environment didn’t feel suitable if you belong to a good family. A horrible experience.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the waiters were generous and helpful. OYO also helped us sort out the food issues, which I appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was hard to manage in the small room, since they served it there. It was just four small puris with aloo ka sabji. When we asked for more, they said we’d have to pay extra. The food quality was poor too: the Gobi ka sabji was mostly tasteless gravy, with only three or four small pieces of gobi. If you run into a problem, you can call OYO, their team will sort it out.

For the price, the property is worth it, and the room was so-so, neither too bad nor too good. Ground staff were very good, the day manager was good, and the tea I ordered was good with a decent quantity. But the night manager was totally unprofessional and didn’t seem to know how to talk to customers. He ignored the landline, slept on the sofa, and didn’t care what guests needed. I had to wake him and argue a lot just to get a water bottle. The ground staff were also dealing with his attitude. The free breakfast was only four poodi and 50 grams of mixed veg, which doesn’t seem enough even for a four-year-old. You can’t ask for more without paying extra. At checkout, the night manager pressured me to give the property five stars on the OYO app before giving me my ID card.

The manager and two staff members, the bald person and a slim boy, were very ill-mannered, so it was a bad experience. I complained to the hotel owner, who was nice and gentle and apologized. The first branch behind WTP mall is much better.
