Flute Boutique Hotel

We booked two rooms for two days, and the experience was disappointing. The rooms were only average, and the shower gel bottles in the bathroom were completely empty. Breakfast was also average, with few options and below-average taste. The front desk didn’t feel welcoming or professional. Room service was the worst part: when I asked for whiskey glasses and cutlery, staff refused and argued instead of bringing basic plates and glasses for food. Their behavior made the stay unpleasant, and the service wasn’t what I expected for the price. There are just two car parking spaces. Other guests have to park on the roadside curb, which is inconvenient and doesn’t feel secure.

The staff seemed completely indifferent when I called about problems, and they never apologized for the way the stay affected my vacation. I made around 20 calls to the front desk to get basic things sorted, but nothing was properly fixed. My key fob failed twice and had to be replaced both times. The TV took several calls to get working, then needed another call to restart every time I turned it off. There was no Wi-Fi for two straight days, no parking, and the lift wasn’t working. The AC barely worked either. They charged 55 for water bottles marked with an MRP of 20, which felt like an absolute scam. This place is poorly managed, overpriced, and incredibly frustrating. Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. If I could rate it below the minimum, I would.

The location was close to the main attractions, yet peaceful enough to relax. Staff were polite and attentive, always ready to help, and service was prompt. My room was spotless, comfortable, well maintained, and had modern amenities. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Miss Maya at reception was so polite that she upgraded my standard room to a signature room as a hospitable gesture. The staff were extremely helpful, too. Highly recommended.
