The staff had no manners when they spoke to me. They cancelled my booking without even asking, then said, “Who asked you to book?” They don't accept online bookings but still list the hotel on websites. Don't fall for the price, it's a scam. Shittiest hotel ever. DON'T BOOK HERE.

The location was the only reason I gave this place a star. They have no cleaning staff, and the receptionist seemed very greedy. Even being just 5-10 minutes late for checkout meant they wanted to charge for a full 24 hours. Not a good hotel at all.

The room felt shady and unsafe for a family, and at 1100 a night it was a complete waste of money. It was dirty too, including the blanket, bedsheet, and pillow, and the bathroom door was broken. There was no lift, so getting to a room on the fifth floor meant using the stairs. They didn't provide toiletries, and the receptionist was rude and behaved badly. We couldn't even get an extra 10-15 minutes at checkout. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The staff spoke to us very rudely, and the rooms are really small.

There was no lift, so reaching the fifth-floor room meant taking the stairs. The bedding was very dirty, and the rooms were dirty too. The bathroom door was broken, and the receptionist was rude and behaved badly. They wouldn't even allow 10-15 minutes extra at checkout. Such poor value.
