Hotel Harsh Paradise

The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful. Had a fantastic stay at Hotel, highly recommend it.

The room and hotel were good, but service and promises didn't live up to what we'd been told. Before booking, they said tea would be included as complimentary breakfast, but when we arrived they said it wasn't provided, so I paid for the tea. The TV wouldn't start, and nobody had checked it before guests arrived. When someone came to look, they found the remote batteries were the issue. The bathroom flush plate came out of the wall when pushed. It wasn't a perfect stay for me.

The staff were approachable and understanding, though I think their hands were tied. The sheets and room were unclean, and Room 103 had no hot water or bathroom lighting, leaving it dark. The bathroom fittings and WC weren't maintained, and it had a false ceiling with a full-size ceiling fan. The only plus was being near the airport. Checkout is at 11:00 rather than 24 hours, which means even a one-day stay costs two days' rent. Substandard and not worth the money.

The rooftop cafe was the highlight for me. The food was mouth watering, the setup looked eye catching, and it's a great spot for photos. The ground-floor restaurant serves amazing food too, and the rooms are clean and cosy with excellent room service. The hotel is near the airport and Jawahar circle, but away from noise and pollution. There's also a basement available for get togethers, and it seems suitable for all kinds of people. I'd recommend everyone visit once. I'm sure they'll recommend it to others afterward.
