They took an advance for our booking almost 15 days ahead, then denied the reservation when we arrived and told us to wait until rooms became available. The staff don’t seem to understand hospitality, just making money. If someone offers them more, they’ll cheat you even after you’ve reserved. With family, you could end up stranded on Jaipur’s roads. Greedy and cheater, greedy and cheater, greedy and cheater.

The used bedsheet wasn’t replaced until I asked several times. I’d booked a deluxe room, but they put me on the ground floor. When I asked for a first-floor room, they refused unless I paid another 1000 rs, which didn’t seem worth it. Since I’d booked online, I felt stuck and had to stay. I also feel like most of the reviews are fake. A bad experience for me.

The location made it easy to get to the landmarks without a long trip across town. The rooms were comfortable, and room service was quick, which made the stay relaxing. It worked perfectly for the trip we’d planned.

The food was really good, especially the aloo paratha with curd. I had a good stay and would recommend it for a short Jaipur visit.

The rooms were dirty, there was no service, and the manager, mr sher singh, was rude and didn’t know how to behave with guests. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Please don’t visit, it was a very bad experience.
