Hotel Lavanya Heritage

Everything else was perfect, and the man at reception was outstanding. Food room service needs work, and they should hire more trained staff. Thanks to the gentleman at reception, sorry, I can't remember his name.

The location was the one good thing. We booked two rooms: one was fine, but the other was in very poor shape. Water kept pooling on the washroom floor, and even after we told the staff several times, they didn't fix it until they eventually changed our room. The bucket and mug were extremely dirty. When we asked for drinking water, we opened the jug and found two or three dead insects inside. That was unhygienic and unacceptable. They also had no doormat when we asked. Basic cleanliness and facilities were lacking, and management needs to improve hygiene, maintenance, and service.

I spent four days at Hotel Lavanya Heritage and had a comfortable, smooth stay without any problems. The room matched what was shown when I booked, was clean and well maintained, and was as promised. The staff, manager, and owners were polite, helpful, and professional throughout. I'd definitely recommend this hotel as a reliable, comfortable place to stay.

The bed bug problem was unbearable. They were all over the bed, so sleeping was impossible, and we spent the night dealing with it. The room was dusty, the sheets didn't seem fresh, and the towel looked used. I was there for about five hours, and the poor hygiene made the whole stay a waste of time and money. This was the worst hotel stay I've had. Avoid Hotel Lavanya Heritage, and management needs to deal with the pests and cleanliness. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
