OYO 82265 Hotel Om Naman

We booked a 5 AM to 11 AM hourly stay because our flight was delayed. The hotel is in a very inaccessible area, and as two women traveling alone we had a hard time getting there, especially since no one answered the calls. There was no receptionist at the front desk. When we eventually found staff, they said there were no rooms and told us to leave because they were sleepy. They also refused to give us written confirmation that we hadn’t checked in, which MakeMyTrip requires for a refund claim. The number on the hotel’s name board led to someone who said the person had left the hotel a year earlier. The whole experience was extremely distressing and unprofessional. Don’t trust the good reviews, they seem to have been posted by hotel staff.

I booked two rooms for four days at OM NAMAN Guest House through the Oyo app and paid online. At reception, we were told they wouldn’t honor the booking because I’d paid online, even though the payment went through a reputable platform. Oyo offered no help when I contacted them, and I was left in the lurch, having lost my cash for nothing. It was incredibly disappointing, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this. Think twice before booking this guest house.

Our stay was booked for March 5 to March 8, 2024, two rooms for four days at OM NAMAN Guest House through the Oyo app. We paid online after the discount, but the manager told us they would not honor the reservation because payment had gone through Oyo. That left us without the rooms we had booked, despite using a trusted platform. Oyo was no help when I reached out, and we were left stranded. I feel cheated by both OM NAMAN Guest House and Oyo, and lost my money without receiving any service. I’d urge others to think twice before booking here.

The manager was friendly and polite, and the price was reasonable at ₹600 a night. It was convenient for Eternal Hospital, which wasn’t very far away. I’m giving four stars because there was no food service, just chai.
