Golden Days Resort and Spa

The tandoori chicken we ordered was raw, and almost everything else we got for our vegetarian friends was too salty. The food had no taste and was horrible. Management needs to look into this.

A silver chain went missing during the birthday party, and it was never found. The owner didn’t respond either.

I stayed just one night with my husband and child. The rooms were neat and clean, and the services were good, but something about the place felt strange to me. There weren’t many guests, and the staff didn’t seem professional. I wondered if the hotel was being used for other activities, but I’m not sure. The rooms and service are excellent, but I don’t think it’s for families. I wouldn’t stay with family.

The whole resort looked like a bhoot bangla at night, with not even one light on, so forget about a night walk. We tried switching rooms three times because the air conditioner, TV, and fridge didn’t work, but still couldn’t rest. No staff were available at first, and the person who eventually came took so long that we were awake until 3 AM. They also hadn’t cleaned the room before we arrived, and the blanket was so dirty I didn’t want to touch it. The restroom door didn’t work, and it felt like a municipality bathroom. The owner was there, but the manager said we couldn’t meet him because he’d be late. They cared only about the money: they took full payment as an advance, and when we asked for a refund, kept telling us to speak to the MD, who was unavailable all night. I’ve stayed in many hotels and never had room service this difficult. I had a morning flight and ended up awake late because of this useless service. The worst resort in Jaipur, a horrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it for even one night.
