The room was clean, well kept, and matched the pictures, and the location and facilities were great. Thanks for the service too. Their customer handling gets 5/5 from me based on my experience.

Management never told us the checkout time in advance, then suddenly required us to leave at exactly 11:00 AM. The rest was average. For a 3-star hotel, I expected a Smart TV, but the room had an old basic set more like a 1-star place. There was soap, lotion, and shampoo, but no hairdryer or dental kit. The stay was okay, just below 3-star standards.

We arrived late at night and only needed the room for a few hours, so we paid again at the hotel without arguing. We had prepaid through EMT, but the hotel refused the booking, said it was listed by the old owner, and told us to cancel and pay cash there. This felt like clear double charging and fraud. I'll file a complaint with EMT to seek a refund. If the old owner is still taking bookings, why is this being allowed?
