The stay wasn’t worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. My room wasn’t clean, the sheets looked unhygienic, and basic facilities were poorly maintained. Staff were unhelpful and slow to respond. Food quality was below expectations, and the service didn’t match what was advertised.

We were left stranded, with no help or accountability, despite having a prepaid, confirmed reservation. We booked Hotel Vijay Niwas in July and paid in full in August for a December stay. The day before we arrived, the hotel confirmed that “all is good.” Once there, we were told it was full and “fully sold out.” Staff were rude and dismissive, told us to “plan and check other hotels,” and wouldn’t listen or try to find a solution. Reliability and basic courtesy were missing. Avoid it if confirmed bookings, professional conduct, and peace of mind matter to you.

The rooftop dining area was a highlight, and a great spot for photos. The food was delicious, the staff helpful, and the room had all the facilities we needed. Hotel Vijay Niwas is also conveniently located for exploring the city, and it’s budget friendly. I’d recommend it to tourists. 😄🌆🍛

We had a great stay, and Abu Anas was especially helpful. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was nice, and everyone made us feel welcome. We’ll definitely come back.

Hotel Vijay Nivas is in a convenient location, with good facilities for a reasonable price. Our room was spacious, clean, and well looked after, and the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The staff were polite, cooperative, and ready to help. It was a comfortable, hassle-free stay, and I’d recommend it for families or solo travelers.
