The checkout was the worst part. I was charged the full amount plus an extra day's fee, which hadn't been clearly explained beforehand. When I asked about it, the receptionist and other staff were rude and confrontational instead of explaining or sorting it out. The management was awful, and this place seems especially bad for unmarried couples.

The staff were really good, and they even let us freshen up after checkout. It's only about a 5-10 minute walk from the main bus stand. The room itself felt a little old-fashioned.

The location felt shady, and the rooms were dirty. During my two-day booking, the first room had water pouring from the ceiling and was wet all over. I couldn't work out where it was coming from. After I complained, we were moved to another room, but it was only average. The food tasted stale and was below standard, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. At checkout, they kept calling because we were 5-10 minutes late and threatened an extra charge. They yelled instead of understanding the situation or apologizing for the poor service. Bad food, poor service, and a waste of money and peace of mind. I wouldn't recommend it.

I was furious about how I was treated. They advertise low room prices, then demanded the full fare at checkout and charged me for an extra day, with no proper follow-up about checkout time. Guests have their own schedules, and it was ridiculous to expect me to stay longer because of a charge I believe was wrong. The staff were disrespectful and unprofessional, especially the short receptionist. When I refused to pay the fees, they threatened me. This whole experience was infuriating, and I'll be telling others about it.
